✊πΎ Honoring the Resilience of Black Wall Street
The Greenwood District, once known as America’s Black Wall Street, was nearly destroyed during the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. Yet, more than 100 years later, its heartbeat continues through its people, businesses, and unshakable spirit.
Greenwood Literary Voices honors that legacy—amplifying Black voices that were once silenced and now speak with power, purpose, and pride.
